  • Culture change (merger scenarios)
  • Challenge and support
  • Conflict
  • Feedback
  • Learning stages and process
  • Time management
  • Effective action centred leadership

Our ethos is that the most effective way to learn, achieve and subsequently develop is by making the process challenging, rewarding and above all fun!

DAY ONE:

Upon arrival at the yacht you will settle in, unpack in your cabins and begin the familiarisation process of being on-board a superb 57ft high spec’d sailing yacht.

The programme objectives will then be laid out. There will be a safety briefing and then you will be straight into task with the commencement of training on how to use the yacht as an effective tool in this development process.

This will involve you taking on basic sailing and traditional navigation skills as well as how to manoeuvre a 57ft yacht.

You will experience first-hand the sheer elegance of this yacht under sail in Palma Bay.

The day would conclude with a team challenge on-board.

DAY TWO:

After breakfast on-board, you will start the day by taking on more sailing skills out on the water in Palma Bay.

You will anchor for lunch in Cala Figuera and you will then be introduced to the SUP’s (Stand Up Paddleboards) and double kayak which you will be using to assist in some of the programme tasks.

The overall challenge will be set out for you and armed with your newly acquired skills you will begin a series of tasks that will lead to the ultimate challenge on Day Five.

Part of the afternoon challenge will be to navigate the yacht to the stunning bay and natural harbour of Port Andratx where you will be mooring overnight.

DAY THREE:

After breakfast on-board, you will depart Port Andratx and sail to the picturesque bay of San Telmo.

Once there, you will set tasks which will involve all the additional craft, going ashore, discovering and competing. Each task will be debriefed and reviewed as per throughout the whole week.

Part of that afternoon’s challenge may be to circumnavigate the dramatic looking island of Dragonara opposite San Telmo off the southwest coast.

You will anchor overnight in San Telmo Bay in preparation for the challenges ahead the next day.

DAY FOUR:

After breakfast, you will hoist the anchor and begin a sail up one of the most spectacular coastlines in Europe where the Tramuntana mountains drop straight down into the sea along the west coast of Mallorca.

You will anchor for lunch in Deia Bay (some of you may recognise this as it was where part of the TV series ‘Night Manager’ was filmed). You will complete some tasks at that location before completing the day with a sail to the Port of Sóller, an extraordinary port in a natural harbour carved into the mountains.

You will moor overnight in the marina and debrief in preparation for the ‘Ultimate’ challenge on your last day – Day Five.

DAY FIVE:

This will be the final, conclusive challenge which will involve all your team pooling your resources to take the yacht unassisted by the professional crew, back to the home port in Palma Bay.

You will by now be armed with the skills, confidence and abilities to achieve this. En route you will anchor for lunch in Cala Fornells before continuing to the home port arriving late afternoon.

The whole challenge will then be debriefed and reviewed. Then of course you will have the reward of reflecting and celebrating the enormity of what you have achieved as a Team.
